As part of Oregon’s Certified Work Ready Communities initiative, the Rogue Workforce Partnership is promoting and administering the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), a work-based assessment tool that assures job-seekers and workers have the basic skills in reading, mathematics, and locating information needed to succeed on the job. This skills-validation tool is completely free for job seekers to utilize, and we encourage businesses to consider requiring the NCRC as a pre-screening tool, as it is available at no cost.
