  • Careers in Gear / Career Fairs More than a career fair, this event for high school students has many business volunteers who, in addition to table-top industry displays, conduct workshops in job preparation, critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence, and mentor small cohorts of students in career exploration throughout the day.   • Career Related Learning We’re creating more opportunities for students to have hands-on, real world learning experiences: career academies, job shadows, industry tours, internships, employer Tech Talks, etc.
  • STEM Science, Technology, Engineering & Math
    A key focus to build the technical skills in high demand that will grow our economy.
  • Dual Credit More high school students graduating with at least 9 post-secondary credits hours, launching them into the skills gains needed to be successful workers for our industries.
