Executive Director
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of the Rogue Workforce Partnership. This role is responsible for overall organizational leadership, administration, strategic direction, fiscal oversight, and board partnerships. The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors and the Consortium of Elected Officials to advance the region’s workforce system, ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, and cultivate strong partnerships across business, government, and community sectors.
