Fall Community Hiring & Resource Fair

Last Wednesday, October 14, Rogue Workforce Partnership brought together 45 employers at the Jackson County Expo, and 375 jobseekers came through the doors to explore opportunities! From the many motivated individuals looking for their next role to the dozens of Rogue Valley businesses ready to hire locally, everybody played a part in making the day a strong success.

RWP Fall Manufacturing Partnership

Last week, Rogue Workforce Partnership united leaders from Jackson and Josephine Counties’ manufacturing industry for our quarterly Rogue Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (RAMP) meeting. We brought employers, training providers, economic development partners, and workforce organizations to the table to work through shared challenges and discussed how to tackle them together as a region.

Rogue Business Elevate Investment – Powertrain Solutions

This week our team visited Powertrain Solutions and presented a substantial reimbursement check for $10,500 as part of our Rogue Business Elevate program. These Elevate funds supported three on-the-job trainings which led to several internal promotions. Pictured here is an employee who was promoted from a Sales Account Manager to a Marketing Manager!
