Equity and Agility (Day 1)

Biases are patterns in the way we all take in information, especially about people we see as the same or different from us. They can shape how we interact with others. This workshop is a chance to become aware of these conscious or unconscious patterns. As we notice them, we can transform them in positive ways that acknowledge differences and create connection instead of separation. Participants engage in individual and group experiences designed to prompt self-reflection, awareness, conversation, and personal accountability. The learning in this equity and inclusion training aims to inspire action in participants’ lives.
