This session focuses on creating immersive and engaging experiences for both customers and employees. The presenter will explore how AI and AR/VR can leveraged to design interactive training and customer engagement scenarios. Attendees will learn about the different ways these technologies can be used to create dynamic learning environments through innovative interaction techniques. The presenter will discuss examples of immersive technology in action, the benefits of interactive learning environments over traditional learning models, and the use of data and analytics to enhance personalization.
