The Local Plan is a working document that outline’s Rogue Workforce Partnership’s vision to create and support a strong regional economy and prosperous community fueled by a skilled workforce, opportunity, quality careers, and thriving business. The public is encouraged to review the draft Plan and submit their feedback here.

One of 9 workforce investment boards in Oregon, Rogue Workforce Partnership allocates funding, oversees programs, and brings together representatives from education, industry sectors, and service providers to improve the workforce system for job-seekers and employers alike.
